Monday: Classes
Tuesday: I was a live tweeter for Masterclassing!!
Through the Grove City College Alumni Data Base, I was able to connect with an alumnus who lives in Peterborough, England! She works for a company that hosts Digital Marketing events for senior executives of companies in major cities around the world. She invited me to join their team this week and live tweet for them at a Digital Finance Masterclassing event! It was awesome to hear from the six different speakers and be a part of such a trendy event with all of these high level business people of London! I was right near Piccadilly Circus, so I walked around for a while and found the St. James's Church Market too!
Wednesday: Regular class, and for my History of London class we toured around Bloomsbury!
Afterward, I walked around Camden Market for the afternoon!!
I tested out some Dutch Pancakes! And I also bought this awesome oil painting of Tower Bridge which I am so excited about!!!
In the evening my friends and I hung out at the student union bar of another college right near ours to see the Chelsea football game!
Thursday: Class and I had Thai food for the first time for lunch! Allyson and I also went to the hot chocolate social...yum! And enjoyed popcorn for the first time in London! (it is actually very tricky to find popcorn here-- who would have thought!)
I am headed off to meet Madeline in Paris tomorrow and I am SO EXCITED!!
